Charles is an executive vice president with Transwestern’s tenant advisory services group in Chicago, providing counseling, advisory and tenant representation services to corporate clients. Charles formally served as president and chief executive officer of Concord Realty Advisors, Inc. in Chicago. He was responsible for providing asset management services on behalf of national and international REITs; overseeing development analysis on mixed-use properties in Chicago; conducting market research for off-shore real estate pension funds; providing acquisition advisory services to corporations, investors and pension funds; and providing disposition advisory services to Cornerstone Properties on Chicago loop land holdings. Charles is a member of the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE); the Greater State Street Council where he was past past Executive Director; Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors; and National Association of Realtors. Charles majored in Real Estate and Finance at Georgia State University and was an undergraduate in the Economics Department at the University of Georgia.
