The Town of Clarksville, IN is seeking a qualified consultant to update a division within the Town’s zoning ordinance, converting the existing regulations into a form-based code. A 2008 CLMU ordinance laid the groundwork for land development regulations, but an update is now required to ensure the vision outlined in the Plan comes to fruition. The Town has determined the most effective way to achieve the desired outcome is through a form-based code, and is seeking qualified Consultants that can meld the current CLMU division, the South Clarksville Redevelopment Plan, and all other relevant documents together into a form-based code. As a supplement to the CLMU division update, the Town expects the same Consultant to create a brief, and hyper-focused complete streets document to be adopted as a separate division or section in the Clarksville Zoning Ordinance. The project must not exceed $50,000. Proposals must be received by March 30, 2018. The full RFQ is available on the Town of Clarksville’s website.
