Benicia Downtown Mixed Use Master Plan
Completed as part of the downtown master plan project, the form-based code implements the community’s vision and intent for the area. The regulations detail four zoning districts organized by building form, in addition to a public and semi public district. The code focuses on the 1st Street corridor and the adjacent residential neighborhood and encompasses much of the previously designated downtown historic district.
